大家如何看待{教师}这一职业？

老师自古以来确实是很高尚的职业。
只是目前的社会，得看什么人去当学校的老师。
现在师范学校大把，一流的师范学校可能生源好些，可能毕业后当老师会比较负责，毕竟曾是做过好学生的过来人，但是其他不怎么好的师范院校的学生就不用说了，去各种学校当老师的年轻毕业生那么多。
谁能保证这些“老师”的素质呢？
没办法啊，说不定现在很多以后“准老师”也在学校里乱搞呢
