These are the first official images of the new MINI Coupé.
If it looks familiar then that might be because we've recently driven a mildly disguised pre-production version, but this is what the car will look like when goes on sale - and it's a real looker.
Aside from the two-tone red and white paintwork and the cool, raked roof, the most striking thing about the MINI Coupé is its low price tag.
MINIs are known for being slightly pricier than most rivals, but the Coupé will start at £16,640. Not bad at all for a hot new model.
That price is for the entry-level Cooper. The more powerful Cooper S costs £19,775, while the sporty diesel SD version starts at £20,510. The MINI Coupé is at its priciest in high performance John Cooper Works guise, with a price tag of £23,795.
Standard equipment is impressive, too. Expect air conditioning, parking sensors, a leather steering wheel, alloy wheels, a DAB digital radio and sport stripes on the body as part of the package.
Even more good news is that the Coupé will be built at MINI's UK plant in Oxford. Expect to see it in showrooms from October this year.
